I volunteered to be a part of the Middletown Sports Boosters Club because as an avid-all-round sports fan, finding ways to generate assistance and support for all up and coming athletes is important to me. I believe sports play a huge role in the growth of an individual, as well as what a team setting can offer. Volunteerism goes hand in hand with youth sports; Simply put without volunteers there would be no youth sports programs. My hope is by volunteering, our community will benefit, and doors will be opened for our youth athletes. I’m very proud to be a part of an organization that strives to not only make their community better, but also one another in the process.
